Dustbins again

I have fallen out with Albert over the dustbins; he is insisting I learn how to put them out and when.
 
Enough I am out for lunch with a special friend – practising for lunch with Veronica next week!

    This could be very serious. Surely that's *his* job. Is he thinking of resigning?
